lol!! You go!! You tell that cousin she is just saying that because you are DOING what she only WISHES she could! lol!!

I will be honest with you...the first time I went off for those 30 days I was so scared!!! I just knew that I would gain back a whole bunch and get so discouraged. When I came time to go off, I just stayed with my new way of eating the best I could, and I kept doing some exercising...I didn't do a whole bunch, but a couple days a week anyway...and even though I didn't lose any weight during that time, I didn't gain any either! I was so happy! Don't get me wrong...there were days where I was up or down a pound or so, but nothing major that you can't control or feel bad about. So the next time it came time to go off it again, I felt better and it was the same way as the first time....I didn't lose any, but I didn't gain either. I still worry, but I really think that we are going about this the right way....we are making lifestyle changes, not just dieting. You can do it, too!!! You are doing so awesome!!

yes you are melting fat away!! and don't listen to her about looking older it takes time for the body to catch up but it will...we loose in our face and necks fast but in time it will all come together...keep up what your doing...get to what YOU want to be...

even our own family can be a little "jealous" of us loosing weight and will tell us we can have a taste of this or a bite of that....DONT let them steer you wrong..

Just repeat "A Minute on my lips....FOREVER on my hips" and think how hard and long it is to loose ....

You are doing great

Ok so i went to the Dr today her scale told me that i lost 5 more pounds So i was happy abouth that i din't weigh for about a week on my scale so i was very surprise to hear that i lost. so patty i am 3 pounds from my mini goal 40 pounds. wiyh you i never thauth that i will ever loose 37 pounds never in a million years. she told me that i need to change the stuf that i eat around or mix it up. is funy because i usualy have to buy diferent stuff for me or @ least make a diferent shoping for me and that is kind of a little dificult rite know so it is easier to eat what i know is ok to eat so that make me eat kind of the same thing every day.but i am happy with 5 pounds if i good do that every 3 weeks,

Awesome job, nicgirl!!! Yay!!!

I never thought about changing around what I am eating...that makes really good sense...I've been kind of like you and just kind of staying with the things I know are okay because trying to shop for a bunch of different stuff just for me isn't very easy to do when you have a family like we do....you can never keep the kids out of the stuff you don't really want them to have! lol!! I will remember that and try to change around some of my foods.

You are doing an excellant job...I know you are working really hard, and it sure is showing!! I am very proud of you!!
