Well i haven't posted here in a long time i do see that every one is doing well,Congratulation to every one. well i wood have to say that i have done well. because without fhen i will have never got here. my scale say 40 pounds . so lately i been loosing about 1pound a week, i am considering doing the 1 Mont on and 1 off, and see how that work because i know that i cant be on this for ever, like i said that my body is doing something Patty when you loose inches do one loose weight for it show up and the scale. ok so i went to Macys yesterday the had good sales so i both a size 12 blue Jeans pants and a size L blouse and the fit so i am happy abut thati havent were those sizes since before my daughter 16 years ago. welcome to all the new friends to . ok i will try and post more often.Kath.

Hey girls does any one know if frozen foods are good for this healthy way off eating ,it is been a little easier for me to yust buy those 1 because the are control portion and i am usually satisfied with them, 2 it is yust easier for to change up any way i buy the weight watchers The are call smart one and i buy also the stouffer's lean cuisine. but i got to thinking about the sodium today.

hey nicgirl! I eat them in moderation. I would say they are ok, but homemade are best. I eat those on the days, I am tired and lazy. Those are my lazy meals. As for portion control, I use measuring cups, and I purchased a food scale. It really does help. A LOT! I got mine at walmart last year. It was only like $23 or something, but it totally worth the investment. I got measuring cups and spoons together for .99cent at target. It helps so much instead of just "eyeing" things. I tend to eye things when im away from home. I know smart ones have a lot of sodium actually they call kinda do, so I would try to resort to them on the days you are to tried to prepare anything. Also on those days i eat a lot of salt I up my water intake. I dunno if it works or not but I've heard salt retains water. So I figure by drinking more it will help flush it out Hope thats helps!
