im posting this cuz well i was so bad, but it was soooooo good.i will blame it ummmmm PMS THERE WE GO! or maybe just treating myself since i really did well this month! i think everyone deserves one pig out day. sat was the begainning of week 5 and the end of one month. i went to a bday party, and had a cheeseburger 2 tablspoons of pasta salad, 2 tablespoon of tuna salad and one awesome small piece of banana cake with frosting. breakfast i actually kept it light having 250 calories dinner hehe, PIZZA! 4 slices within 4 hours of thin crust veggie cheeselovers pizza and 3 breadsticks, though pizza hut screwed up my order as always. i probably hit over 2,000 calories all day. i did some walking though, since i am the photographer of the party, i did photos and walked here and there to get photos. im back on track today though.

well i've been dieting seems like forever! and i've done exactly what you did several times and each time it backfired on me. i was not able to get back on track the next day like you...so i commend your will power and self control! each time i've done this i ended up staying off track because my body enjoyed those foods and it craved more and i gave in of course....

and each time i sabotage myself it pushed me further and further away from my goal.....so way to go to you for getting back on track the next day!!

We all have had days where we weren't very proud of ourselves for our lacking will power...the only thing you can do is just what you did, nikki, brush yourself off and jump right back on the bandwagon. You can't let a few mistakes keep you from moving forward!! I can honestly tell you that I don't believe there is a person in this world who hasn't done just what you have done at some point or another...it is human nature.

The one thing you have to watch out for though, is justifying it by blaming something or telling yourself it is a reward for good behavior or anything like that. We cannot let ourselves think that it is okay to reward ourselves with food....that is a really bad habit to get into.

As long as you have moved on and gotten back on track, you are doing fine!!! Way to go!!

Chalk it up to another day, and don't beat yourself up over it.

oh ya, im almost back on track. i had a couple of pieces of pizza on sunday, and on monday i think, though i didnt go crazy. im super badly pmsing, so bad that i have had a hard time doing anything, so i grabbed easy stuff. today i have stayed under 1000 calories, but man im ready for like 5 shots of tequila to kill these damn cramps. im up a lb or so whcih i figured i would be much more. i totally hate this pms crap its like just please get here and go away so i can quit feeling miserable. ugh! im bloated and it hurts to wear jeans up against my body. if im still bloated by fri, im taking water pills, sat. is my friends wedding i so dont wanna be bloated for that. ugh!
