So today is day 6 almost 1 week on Phen 30mg I have one more day on the 30mg and then I switch to a 37.5mg. I will see if those will carry the same results, if not I will have to go back to the 30mg.  I was busy running around yesterday shopping and cleaned the car out, that was a task! LOL!
I could have done better eating yesterday. I made healthy choices all day I just didn't get time to pack my box and I think because of that I didnt eat not near enough calories I should have. I am aiming between 1200-1500 a day but I think I squeezed in 1000 just barely. All of switch werent really meals. My only meal was breakfast, well I guess I had lunch I made a lean cuisine broccoli and potatoes with cheese. MY all time favorite one! Then the rest of the day I only had what felt like snacks because I wasn't hungry and I kinda wasnt feeling all that great. I had 4oz of left over turkey breast, string cheese, yogurt, cantaloupe, mandarin oranges, a cup of juice, banana and rice cakes. I figure if Im going to snack I should snack on fruit...I dunno if this is a good idea or not, since fruit can have a lot of sugar. I am having a hard time with veggies, I REALLY am not a veggie person. I usually gag them down LOL
As for my weight loss I am pretty impressed tomorrow is my one week mark and a of today I am 6.2 lbs lighter!
