Jenna..its done...put it behind you and go on..

We will all have those times..stress holds weight on too so don't worry if the scale is up it will take a week or two but you'll get it back down..

As a matter of fact My car stalled on a major road last week and had to get a new alternator and my husband decided a new battery and i was up 4 pounds ..not thinking it could have been from the stress of all that money going out..

So chin up and lets celebrate a new day

Hi Jenna, I have just recently started my weight loss journy for the last time. I have lost 13lbs since I started 16 days ago.
Believe me I understand the stress of car trouble. My wifes 2002 ford explorer all of a sudden had to have the all three timing sets replaced, the rear axel gear replaced, and have all the wheel bearings and hubs replaced. I was looking at about 4000.00 to fix a car that was only worth 4200.00 at best. We just paid it off too! We bit the bullet and just traded it in on a new car, well, newer anyway. We ended up with a '08 ford Edge that still had about 20,000 miles left on the original factory warranty. I just hate that fact that we just paid the last one off and then it bit the dust....oh well, thats life I guess.
Keep up the great work. Everyone on here is a inspiration and great motivator to me!
-Eric

You're so right! It's all behind me!

So I am getting my butt back in gear now that I am home. So good new/bad news lol I didn't gain any weight from my trip, but I didn't loose any either. So, I can handle that. I expected to gain 5lbs, not to mention TOM came during that week! I cannot to go see my dr, I see her on the 17th. I gotta get something figured out about this massive fatigue! Some days I am totally fine, other days I feel so tired I have to lay down to nap and there are way more tired days then energetic days!
Does anyone take anything that they believe truly helps them? I think I would be working out more if I didn't feel this way. I really don't like the extreme fatigue.

I have been taking my phen around 10-1030am. I take it earlier some days, like this morning when I woke up at 245am and couldn't get back to sleep. I was bouncing off the walls! I and waiting to see if the drizzle stops outside, I would really like to go for a walk outside. Get some fresh air and clear my head!

oh! I think drinking 100oz of water a day helps sooo..........much! It makes you feel better, and keeps the plumbing working smoothly. lol if you know what I mean! I hadn't experienced the constipation until my trip and the lack of water!

45 lbs in 5 months is amazing! Yeah the water makes a big difference for me. I feel more refreshed, even with all this fatigue I'm having. I will mention my fatigue to my Doc and see what she thinks.
Well the sun has yet to makes its appearance here, so Im gonna just walk outside in the gloomy doom :P

Hi Jenna!! You really should mention that fatigue to your dr, and maybe ask if you would benefit from the b12 shot or any other supplement that they might be willing to suggest. Luckily I have always been a very active person, so it really hasn't been an issue with me. But I can tell you that there are days when I totally feel like climbing back into bed!! lol!!! And when I feel like that, to be honest, I make myself go in and put in the dancing video I have and go! It sounds stupid, but when I am really feeling down or tired, dancing is what perks me back up!

So, I guess what I am saying is that maybe you could try a couple of things like that that might help you jump start your energy. You never know, you might find that something as simple as doing 10 jumping jacks will do the trick!! lol!!

You are doing a great job!! Keep it up!!

So I had my dr appt, my dr took some blood to make sure things were ok. I just got the letter today and everything is normal. But on a better note, I have had tons of energy the past 2 days! I cleaned the house scrubbing floors, walls, laundry, dishes and vacuuming. Then after all that I went on the dreaded treadmill for 20 mins did walking and jogging. Lifted weights for about 15 mins, then went for a swim for another 30 mins! I haven't lost anymore weight. I actually weighed in 1lb heavier at the dr which isnt to bad for drinking water and eating before going! lol

Glad to hear that your energy level has jumped back up. I have had a couple of times since taking Phen and dieting and excercising, that my engery level bottomed out. Just two nights that I can recall though. I just forced myself to get going the very next morning and I really did feel much much better within a couple hours and then did not have any more energy problems. Phen has been great for me so far. I wish I would have known about it before now, but hindsight is always 20/20 right? Anyways, keep it up. This forum is really a huge help to me. So many great people with positive, constructive advice. Glad to be a part of it and here to help you and anyone else that I can.
Take care,
