no weight loss (bummer!) no weight gain (even now that im ovulating which is really good!) chest 38, waist 37, hips 47. im coming down but man im having one heck of a time with clothes fitting right. ugh!

been trying to zig zag calories still but no pounds are coming off. i have been all over with calories the highest amount consumed this week so far as been a little over 1400. lowest 916 on average about 1000 or so. not sure what i need to do now to get the pounds to come off again. least the inches are still coming off. ugh!

Maybe you need to amp up your exercise...you can also zig zag that for better results. I hardly ever do the same exercise every day...and never at the same time.

It is good that you still have the inches coming off...that is really important too!

There are so many changes our bodies must make as we lose; the muscles, tissues and fibers all have to change size and redistribute themselves.
You are so hard on yourself, Baby. I think you are doing great and that your scale will soon catch up!~

Just out of curiosity...are you eating breakfast? If not...try to...believe me it makes a big difference in your weight loss too because it supercharges your metabolism for the whole day. I am not normally a good breakfast person, usually just a banana or something very small...but when the weather turned cold I started eating oatmeal in the morning and it really made the scale start moving again...not tremendous, but definately losing again. So that may be something you might try to help.
