im so upset. i put back on inches on my hips, and am up a pound. i know the pound can be water weight, my can you gain inches back on your hips with water weight? i notice my face is swollen and bloated too.

i dont understand this. i have been staying low on calories, this week i have had oct 20, 1050, oct 19th 825, oct 18th 955,for this week so far.
last week oct 17th, 1310, oct 16th, i dont know i forgot to count on that day, but i know i didnt go crazy high. i think thats the day i went out for dinner and ate breaded fish, stuffed mushrooms, and 2 glass of rasberry tea. so i dont think over 2000, oct 15th 1140,oct 14, 1106, oct 13, 916, oct 12th 1045, oct 11th 1410.

my only excersize has been shopping, dropping stuff off at goodwill, moving heavy boxes, running up and down the stairs doing laundry, and running to the bathroom every 20 mins.

does excersize make that much of a deal here to boost this up? i was reading that if you want to be 140lbs you should eat 1400 calories, im afraid to do that, i will really put it back on. dammit, it hasnt been 3 full months yet, and im stuck already. it took me a over a year to get this stuff out of my system last time so i could start all over again. im so upset.

i have such a hard time loosing weight period, now i wonder if it has to do with what im eating. yesterday i did go to taco bell and hit there fresno menu but it was in my calories allowed for the day. i have had carbs, do i need to just not do that anymore, and like 3 low calorie shakes and eat salad the rest of the day and maybe like lean meat and so low cal soup? omg! i wonder if i should get some slim quick or do a system cleanse tea or something or start taking water loss pills. (which i have some). im gonna try to get on the excersize bike today, hopefully my back will let me. ughhhhh!

I personally think that exercise is very important...it has been for me anyway because I don't experience near the loss when I don't exercise compared to what I lose when I do regularly.

And what you are eating is very important, too. Just because it is low in calories or within your calorie range for the day, doesn't mean that your body appreciates it....eating healthier foods will definately improve your loss. And to be honest, I don't think that you are getting enough calories....I know that you think that you will gain by eating 1200 to 1500 calories a day, but I seriously doubt that...and besides that, if you continually eat so few calories, when you do stop taking the phen, you will have to continue eating that few every day or you will gain easily and quickly.

I know that you want to lose the weight fast, we all do, but realistically, our bodies are not made to do that. They take their cues from us and react accordingly. I like to remind people that the weight surely didn't go on overnight or in just a few months usually, so we can't expect it to come off that easily either. Not if we want to keep it off and be safe in the process.

I don't really have a set diet...I am a calorie counter, but I try to make healthy choices...an example of one of my days....

Breakfast is usually a bowl of weight control oatmeal and a bottle of water. ( not big on low fat or skim milk )

Lunch is usually a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread ( I am very careful to only use the suggested serving size of peanut butter ) and a handful of Lays Light Potato Chips and a bottle of water.

Supper is whatever I fix for the family...I am just very careful again about serving sizes...a lot of times I will drink a bottle of water before I eat and another one while I am eating.

Evening snack is usually some frozen yogurt or 100 calorie bag of smart pop popcorn.

I am horrible with portion control, so to keep from going too crazy sometimes I stop in the middle of the meal and sit there for a few minutes...it lets me slow down and think about what I am eating and let my stomach feel the food so that it is easier to stop eating sooner because I have given my body a chance to feel full sooner.

I don't know if this helps...I count calories because I have trouble with following diets...I am a picky eater and most don't fit my likes and dislikes, and I always feel like that a strict diet never allows me to have the things I like so then I don't follow the diet like I should and then I feel like a failure and stop trying.

Just try to make healthier choices...have a salad instead of the hamburger, or have some fruit instead of that 100 calorie pack of goodies. If you prepare the fruit and veggies as soon as you buy them in their own little containers, it makes it easier to make the better choices. If I don't cut and wash them immediately, I find that I will choose something else rather than the fruits or veggies for snacking because it is easier. (yes, I know, very lazy of me! )

I think its almost important to watch what you eat, you dont need to deprive yourself of everything. Thats not life and it will just leave you unhappy. Not sayin snarf all the food you wish lol! I stay away from fast food 100%, if you look up the nutrition information on it...and look at daily percentages of what you should have...its typically on the high end, and not very healthy. When I am feeling tired or to busy I resort to the froze lean cuisines, healthy choice or smart ones. They have a lot of sodium but its better then fast food. Also on the days I have a froze meal I try to up my water intake to try and flush that salt out. I dunno if that is truly happening but in my head I feel better LOL! I will give you a sample of my daily meals
Breakfast:1 cup Fiber One Cereal (contains 43% daily percent of fiber which keeps u fuller longer) 1/2 skim milk
Snack: A piece of fruit with low fat string cheese, or a yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 to whole turkey sandwich depending on hunger, a handful of small rice cakes, mandarin oranges.
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, I only eat the whites, I dont like the yolk lol
Dinner: 4oz chicken boneless skinless chicken breast, veggie sometimes potatoes, or 100% whole grain pasta.

I have read that every meal doesnt have to be perfectly balanced. Try to eat homemade foods instead of the already made things.

Hope that helps you!!
