Hello - this is my first post and I thought it should be the beginning of my weight loss journal. ( I hope I am doing this right..)
2 years ago my husband and I took phentermine and vitamin shots, well we could not really afford it any longer so stopped.. well, I gained all my weight back plus some. I kept telling myself I did not care.. well, at 271 pounds I knew I needed to do something.. So, I went to my new primary and due to health issues he insisted we get the weight off me. So, in Sept I started on phentermine 37.5. My doc also gave me a list of vitamins and what to take, instead of the shots. I take my vitamins every AM. I take so many I have a pill holder and I count them out for the week. I altered my eating habits - cleaned out the cabinets and got rid of ALL junk food. I eat every 2-3 hours. Meals are about 250 calories and snacks are from 100-200 depending on my activity level. I think I am doing pretty good as I am down to 248!! I have found a new activity I love and that is running!! Yep, it's crazy!! I am hooked. I exercise 2 times a day 6 days a week, the off day is stretching and yoga. So, here I am -- I need to stay on this train. No getting off for me, I have a ways to travel!!
