I Thank you very much for the congrats! I am very proud of myself so far. I know that my 3rd week on this medicine is coming up, and it will probably start t slow down, and after a while, I wont be on it at all and it will be just me, eating better and working out to keep it going down. But as long as it just keeps going in that direction, i'll be happy. Bathing suit season wont seem so scary next year! again, thank you all!

Still losing, and still happy. Each day that goes by, and the scale tells me a lower number, my confidence slowly starts returning! I'll keep updating!

Believe me when I say I know exactly what you mean!! It is amazing how the confidence can come back with each pound lost!!

I've been meaning to ask...what part of the Midwest? Central Illinois here, have been almost my whole life (except for 2 years I spent in Phoenix)

Midwesterners may be "cornfed" but we don't have to look like it! lol!

Central Missouri here. or Misery, however ya want to pronounce it. lol. I kinda hit a speedbump, and im hoping its just my scale...Apparently I am 3 lbs heavier than I was yesterday, and then yesterday when I got on I was 1 lb heavier than the day before that!! so 4 lb gain in 2 days!! I dont have any idea how. Because I have had a somewhat hectic week and I have managed to get my workouts in, and eat as much as i could, that kept me in my 1100-1200 calorie limit, and I gained 4lbs???? I dunno. Thats discouraging!

Don't let it discourage you....there could be several reasons why you have gained a little...and no matter the reason, it's ok and it WILL come right back off! I started a new exercise routine, the Slim in 6 program that is all over TV? Well I gained back 7 lbs while I was doing that!! Eeek!! I stopped doing it, and two days later I was back down 4 lbs! You just never can tell what our bodies are going to do, especially when we are throwing so much new stuff on it by changing our diets and exercise, and so it reacts to everything, just maybe not the way WE want it to! lol!

Keep up the good work!! I'm sure it is just temporary and you will be losing again in no time!

For some reason, I am now stuck at 207. I havent gained anymore, and thats a relief, but its soooo disappointing. Im thinking maybe its water weight. Oh the woes of woman-hood. I have had a rough couple of days so my workouts have been cut off. My son has come down with something. And since he is only 1, and cant tell me whats bothering him, all I can do is just make sure I keep his fever down and make him comfy. He is so pitiful....poor thing

So sorry to hear about your little one...I always hated when my kids were sick, especially when they were little!

Good luck getting him better soon!!
