How Diet Pills Work
Today the market is saturated with hyped-up diet
pills. Finding a good one is like searching
for a needle in a haystack. Some claim to erase the
carbs you eat. Others suppress your appetite and still
others simply try to burn more fat. But what
diet pills work?
Don't despair! Look below to discover which type of
diet pill can help you lose the most weight in the shortest
time.
Appetite Suppressants
Appetite suppressants are the most popular. Because
these diet pills work closely to fight
the cause of weight gain, you have a good chance of
keeping the weight off later on. We recommend appetite
suppressing diet pills for long-term weight loss and
maintenance.
Some use Hoodia
Gordonii cactus, which tricks your body into thinking
its full, but doesn't work for some. Others use scientifically
developed chemical
compounds that act directly on your hunger sensors
to stop the signal. These include diet pills like prescription
phentermine and non-prescription Phentramin-D.
Fat Burners
Diet pills that truly burn fat are hard to find. Most
claim huge weight loss when their pills only contain
a form of caffeine. Some are straight caffeine pills.
Others come as green
tea and guarana. You might as well drink
a couple red bulls instead.
That said, some do work. Green tea is a proven fat
burner with other health benefits. A hot cup of refreshing
green tea every day is a good way to lose 10 pounds
over a couple months, but for serious weight loss, look
to appetite suppressants.
Carb Blockers
Carb blocking diet pills are the worst bet. First of
all, they're based on white kidney bean extract. Second,
they're expensive for what they are, and are generally
ineffective. Sure, they might work to block carbs, but
nowhere near the outrageous numbers claimed. Dietrine
claims to block up to 1150 calories per day from one
pill. Fat chance!
Use a carb blocker, and you're almost guaranteed to
INCREASE the amount of carbs you eat.
Why? The answer is psychological. Pop something like
dietrine, and attend a party. See what happens. My bet
is you'll be lured into that false sense of security,
and think "i can eat all these doritos because
i'm using a carb blocker." Don't become a victim
of the scam.
Needless to say, we don't recommend any carb
blockers.
