Upper Body - Bent Over Row
How to perform this exercise
Starting Position:
Stand with the feet shoulder width apart with the hands holding the dumbbells so that the palms are both facing you.
Let the dumbbells hang in front of the body with arms perpendicular.
Movement:
Take a deep breath and pull the dumbbells up the front of your body so that they approximately end at neck level.
Key Points:
Be sure to exhale while pulling and to resist the temptation to tense the back of the neck while doing so
