HYDROXCUT is a rip-off. Might as well just take a caffeine pill and an aspirin! I have a friend who works for GNC and he told me, after I purchased it elsewhere, that it’s garbage. The company advertises SO much because they need to compensate for the awful reviews and sales.

People ONLY lose weight with this product because they STOPPED gorging themselves with french fries and now actually use their gym membership a few times a week because of all the caffeine in the pills.

I personally noticed feeling jittery and had blurred vision after ONE use.

For all you naive idiots out there who think this overrated pill is doing you wonders, my bottle is ALL YOURS…. fetch it out of the trash.

This is a rip off. I did the program for four weeks. Diligently took the pills, followed the suggested diet that came with the pills, and did 45 minutes of cardio 5 out of 7 days a week. I gained 5 lbs. I was trying to lose 20.

I have posted a comment previously. I’ve been using Hydroxycut since May of 2007, and until now I’ve lost 94lbs in total. I’m glad I’ve been taking it. I was at 289 lbs before I started a diet with Hydroxycut and now I’m at 195 lbs. and I’m not kidding. I’ve also been working out. Another thing that you have to consider about this product is that is has the effect of an “upper.” So after continued use of hydroxycut, you may feel depression after stopping use. I had this effect myself and have talked to many friends that have had the same reaction. This “drug” does make you feel energetic and somewhat “happy.” So naturally, after your body has an alternate source of endorphins, it will slow down the production of its’ own. After you stop taking the pills, it will take your body some time to produce the levels of endorphins that it had made before - leaving you feeling sluggish or even depressed. Just a thought. If you use it smartly and with a little common sense, this drug can benefit you greatly. -T

I have only one complaint with this product. I was taking it for a good 6 months and saw tremendous results, however, about one year later, I developed kidney stones…and three more times since. When I had them removed and studied, the doctor told me that they were caused by the supplements that I had been taking. Over long periods of time (6 mos) the pills may (or may not) cause kidney stones - depending on your body. If you take a capsule and soke it in water and then let it dry out, you will see that it turns rock solid. This formation is what caused my kindey stone. Note, however that this was caused by the capsule type with the brown power in the center. I have been told that the quick release pill does not have this side effect.

I loved this product while I was using it. It far exceeded my expectations, and if the quick release pill does not do what the capsule did, then I will continue using it.

I have been on this product for about a month. I don’t exercise everyday, but do a couple times a week, and I watch my calorie intake. I have lost 12 pounds! If you dont give up and quit, It really works!!! I love it! Thanks Hydroxycut, you have changed my life!!!

You guys need to realize something… If you don’t eat right and exercise, you ARE NOT going to see results. Just taking a pill is not going to make you lose 50lbs in 2 months.. I have seen amazing results and I have only been taking this for a month. I have already lost 18lbs with a good diet, working out 4 days a week, and taking hydroxycut hardcore. This stuff is great at cutting that extra layer of fat where you need the most help too. My chest and arms are actually starting to get cut.

If you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, you will see results retards. I’ve been using this product for only three days and I am seeing great results. It says to not to take more than five hors before bed or you’ll have trouble sleeping. And you need to eat right, exercise regularly and drink 8-9 8oz glasses of water. Hmmmm……I think all that was in the directions. This stuff IS great and not expensive at all.

THIS PRODUCT WORKS BUT, THE SIDE EFFECTS WERE CRAZY? BLURRY VISION, AND CANT HARDLY SLEEP.

It increased my energy but I had problem sleeping. My heart rate went out of control so I stop.

I have only been on Hydroxycut for one week, but I am amazed with the changes I have experienced! I have less of an appetite which allowed me to drastically change my eating habits. I eat three meals a day, I never used to eat breakfast, but now I feel it is important. I still drink diet soda, but I do NOT eat snacks at all. I quit eating before 8:00 too. I also bought the 100 calorie bags of snacks for lunches and stuff. I also found that exercising in layers of clothing to be very effective! Also, for those of you who aren’t to big on working out, you have got to try Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) It is a distracting way to lose weight, you have fun while you do it and see great results. By taking the pills, decreasing my food intake and increasing my exercise I have lost 11 pounds in my first week, and this is only the beginning for me! Thanks Hydroxycut this stuff is AWESOME!!

I used it before and lost weight ,I got off of it and I was careless and gained some of it back. I can’t wait to get back on it ,it gave me energy and I lost weight.I think people should try it, it really works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am back in the gym and can’t wait to see what my body will look like in 4 months!!!

I really like Hydroxycut. I was 161 and it was October 14th 2007. I had a PT test on December 2nd. I had to be 156. I am 156 on November 21st. I lost about two pounds a week. I am in the military. Soemdays I exercised, some days I didn’t. It made me go to the bathroom often but that’s normal. Once you see results you will be motivated to keep exercising and continue to take it. Even slight exercise helps. Some days I walked, ran, sit-ups, push-ups, played with my son, cleaned up, etc. Everything helps. So I would recommend this to anyone. Just follow the directions carefully.

I DONT RECOMMEND IT. I HAD NERVOUSNESS AND BLURRY VISION BECAUSE OF IT. I WAS ONLY ON IT FOR 3 DAYS!!!

ok so weird side effect that no one has mentioned.. i actually gained weight whilst on this product. i had a little weight to loose so i took it for six weeks following the directions. i exercise a lot and I gained like 5 pounds?? So dont know what thats all about but after spending a lot of money and having my heart race for weeks im pretty pissed off!

Hydroxycut Is Great! I’ve been using it since May of 2007 and I’ve lost 50 lbs. It gives me a lot of energy when I do my workouts. I’m slimmer and feel a lot better.

Hydroxycut didn’t work for me. my sister went on it and she ended up losing a lot of weivht but i didn’t lose any. it’s very depressing that i still look the same.

hi i almost died with this hydroxycut i used this with in 3 moths honestly i lost a lot of weight about 50lbs in just 2mths but ,,,,i almost collapsed

Along with a low-fat diet and regular exercising, in 1 months time, I lost 2 inches from my waist, went from a 38 bra size to 36, from 175 lbs to 169. I really enjoyed myself in the Cayman Islands from August 11 - 18 wearing all of my moderately sexy little stuff. I am trying it for another month to see what my body will do next.

this worked alriught i guess. i haven’t lost all the weight i’ve wanted to yet but i still have some time to do that.

this worked ok so i’m kind of happy. it was a relief that i lost any weight at all because it was long overdue.

I dont regret trying this because it has shown me some differene i just wsh they were a bit more obvious.

I’ve been overweight for as long as i can remember until i tried this. it finally got the weight off for good which is a miracle. i never thought anything could do it for me.

I’ve lost a lot of weight from dieting a lot and then I started to gain it back so I tried this and its kept me looking my best.

I have lots of energy now!!! But I have also noticed pain in my lower stomach area which i guess is where my kidneys are.

I LOVE it…have taken it off and on for 7 years.

I have taken it for energy but I do notice a very bad side effect. If you have any type of kidney problem or filter fluids too much, it seems to make you “ache” a bit in your kidneys.

I had a friend named Gayle, who was in Body for Life’s book back then and she lost tons and kept it off from this and a strict work out.
