I tried to get Phentermine from my doctor but he wanted me to do a gastric bypass. SCARY!! I am not ready for that so I bought Phentramin when I found this site. http://www.phenforum.com I got the 3 month supply and I’m THRILLED to report that in the past month I’ve lost 18lbs! I am so excited!

It’s so nice to not have headaches like I did when I took the phen from my doc. Phentramin is not as strong for energy boost but I never want to eat when I take it!

Phentramin has been a bit of a disappointment to me. I tried it and it just wasn’t all I was hoping for unfortunately. I lsot a bit of weight but not enough.

phentramin just made my stomach feel kindof weird. i won’t take it again.

I love phentramin. I’m writing this from when I took t awhile ago because when i was actually on it I never left a review. It worked wonders for me and I love it.

This is a really great invention. i love that t targets everything you need to lose weight and it actually work reallywell.

This stuff is NASTY! Gave me horrid dizzy spells & made me feel incredibly WEIRD! I wouldn’t recommend it! I took it as directed, but it didn’t work ONE BIT for me…:(
I am disappointed cuz I was hoping to get something to replace Phentermine since I can’t get that anymore. Oh well. I’ll keep looking!

I didn’t noticed any changes at all by taking this. I’mnot thinner and i didn’t snack less. i’m hoping it’s just early and theres more to come.

I’ve notived that U’ve been losing weight shich is nce and also that I’ve been eating less. I didn’t realize that was less hungry but I must be because I’m eating less.

I’m a dancer and i need to look my best. This product gave me a lot of energy so i could still dance plus made my body look twice as good.

Very impressive. I’ve lsot weight and I feel better than ever before. this is definately a must-try for those who want to lse weight.

These pills did absolutely NOTHING for me after taking them for 1 month. I was quite disappointed. They did not suppress my appetite at all. I watched what I ate, I went to the gym, and I GAINED weight. I guess I just ate too much junk food still. Not worth the money at all! Kudos to the people that this worked for.

I’ve lost a lot of weight considering the amount of time and my energylevels have also risen quite a bit. I’m very happy with this product over all and I look forward to seeingmy final results.

I’m so pleased that I’m not hungry anymore. I don’t snakc at all but it’s still really early so Ihaven’t lost much weight yet. I know that I will thought because logically it makes sense since I’ve stopped snacking.

This has been working but I want more results than what I’ve seen so far. I’m greatful for what I’ve seen so far and i’m so excited to look my best.

I never would have ever tought that there was something that could work this well. I’ve lost weight, I’m energetic enough to keep up with my nieces and I no longer want to snack. Its perfect.

I’ve already noticed a bit of hunger suppression which means weight loss is just around the corner. However, I was a bit hyper for the first few days so I definately had energy but maybe a little bit too much.

This does everything that is claims to do which is unlikea lot of diet pills. I feel so much better and a lot more energized. My boyfriend and I have both noticed a difference in my appearance and I feel so my sexier.

Well so far so good..I only have to take 1 Phentramin a day.. they are really suppressing my appetite…I have told lots of people about Phentramin…I will continue to buy this until I am back to my old self again…I have been told I am in a better mood lately and that it looks like I have already started losing weight and I’ve only been taking your product for a week…I think ya’ll should do before and after pics…This product doesn’t show really fast because its not like a drug…If you lose the weight too fast it will come back really fast and even more fat will be added to it…Thanx for allowing me to use your product..I am a very satisfied customer…Thank you once again…

Its okay . Too much caffeine though . Makes me anxious . I stopped taking and cut out bad carbs . Lost 5 lbs in 30 days with phentramin and lost 17 after i stopped taking it and cut our carbs . My advice cut out bad carbs instead of wasting your money on this supplement

I was using phentermine before and then my doc stopped giving it to me. Since then I’ve gained 12lbs, so I tried Phentramin and in the past 3 weeks I lose about 10lbs, almost back to my good weight!!! I don’t have as much energy as I did with Phentermine (not close, actually) but it’s enough to help me feel better in the day.

My sister and I order 180 pills so we could split them. We had both gone to a doctor far away and recieved Phentermine HCL 37.5(small white/speckled blue) They were GREAT. She lost 29 pounds and I lost 36 pounds, but the doctor is too far away and we don’t have a reliable car,so we ordered these Phentramin (big blue pills) from here. She has regained 15 pounds and I have regained 16 pounds. We are very upset and feel we have wasted our $147.00. Please let me know how I can get a refund.

I got my Phentramin 8 days ago (last monday it arrived at lunch time), and I am liking it so far. My energy is way up. It’s not like it was with Phentermine where I feel wild. I have more than enough energy to workout twice as hard though with my cardio and dumbell excercises. I’ve lost 6 pounds so far and I’m NOT hungry. No more crackers for me - and that’s a good thing!

I don’t usually post on sites so here goes… I received my Phentramin 2 weeks ago and to date I’ve lost 11 pounds. I think about 5 of it is water weight though. My doctor and my personal trainer said I’m doing really well with my weight loss. I think my main problem is mindless snacking at the computer. I really like sunchips. But Phentramin makes me forget about the cravings so I can cut down on carbs and calories. I’ll order a 3 month supply next time as I have about 50 pounds more to lose.

Congrats on getting married- when did you start trying to lose weight hun? Stick with Phentramin and hit the gym HARD - lots of cardio and light weight lifting. You’ll lose the rest. I’ve been using Phentrmin for about a month now and I’ve lose 17 pounds… pretty good for doing nothing else different.

I am disappointed! I took Phentramin for a month and I only lost 12 pounds. I need to shed them faster to look good for my wedding and this isn’t fast enough as the big day is next month and I have 20 more to lose!

I started taking Phentramin a couple weeks ago and I’m glad not to have the bad side effects I had with the PhentERMINE I got from my doctor. I haven’t noticed any except I’m a bit hyper and my mouth got kindof dry. I need to drink more water anyway though. Anyway since I’ve started I lost 11 pounds and I know part of it’s water weight but who cares! It’s more than I’ve lost in years! I’m gonna do it this time!

I have been taking Phentramin for just about a week. I haven’t lost any weight that I can see… one thing I can definitely see is that while my cravings still exist, they are not nearly as strong as they used to be. So my problem now is not really hunger, but rather eating out of habit… I still mindlessly graze sometimes, and I need to learn to make better food choices when I sit down to eat. I had a burst of jittery energy the second day, but beyond that I have not felt significantly “boosted”, so to speak.

So, so far so good… not great results, but not a bust either. Will update more if I notice anything. While I’m disappointed that I’m not seeing an immediate loss like some poeple here, I’m not ready to give up yet, either. I know its can’t do **all** the work for me.

Wow I really love phentramin! This stuff is awesoem! I don’t care what anyone says… I’ve lost like 9 pounds already and I’ve only been taking it for 7 days! How awesome is that?!

Phentramin has worked better than most products that I’ve used before, but I think I would much rather work out all the time. I think that it might work for more people though, but I don’t think it’s for me. Give it a shot into looking for a way to lose weight without working out.

My only problem When Phentramin is that I seem to get dry mouth after I use it. I take it twice a day like you’re supposed to, and I found that I’m not as hungry as I normally would be. I don’t quite get the full energy boost part , but I think that’s kind of a side deal for me anyway. overall, a good product. I’ll be ordering it again.

I think it’s great…but I wish it had more of an energy burst..I can’t stand the no energy part. Overall - it’s a good product though. I recommened it for those who have a hard time with appetite control.

I’ve only been taking for 1 week and I’ve lost 3 lbs.

I’ve been taking Phentramin for 3 weeks or so and it doesn’t give me a huge energy boost like Phentermine did. But the cravings are GONE. My hubby is helping eat enough and I’m trying to cut carbs and eat healthier foods instead of stuff like crackers. I also don’t drink sodas and juice so much anymore. Before I felt like I couldn’t open my throat and I needed a coke, but now I just feel a lot better and have more energy. Thanks!! OH and I lost almost 14 pounds this month!

I feel the same as the other person: It will be 1 week since I started taking Phentramin and I have not seen any difference. I was really excited and looking forward to the suppressed appetite and energy that everyone taking Phentermine was talking about. I keep taking them hoping that I just need to wait and let the pills get into my sytem, but I’m more discouraged now than ever. I will continue to take the whole bottle, then if nothing, I will not re-order.

I am still fairly hungry; however, I’m making a consious effort not to eat. I’m very tired, but I have a 3 month old baby, so I think that’s pretty normal. I’ve started to exercise but have only done it once because I’m so sore that I’ve been unable to do it again. I plan on trying that workout routine again today.

I makes me feel energized and I do not obsess about food all day long. Me and my family hangout outside and I even forget to make supper until my girls let me know (that has never happen before I love eating). I have a long way to go and I am so glad that I have phentramin to help.

Phentramin is the ONLY thing I have tried that has worked!!! I have been overweight for most of my adult life and struggled with my weight everyday for as long as I can remember. I’m on day 5 of Phentramin and I’ve lost 4 lbs - I know it’s not much to make a judgement about but I’m really excited! It’s been a long time since I’ve lost weight that quickly, and I’m NOT hungry at all!
